The Fish House Policies
Guests choose to stay with us because we have a private, quiet, confusion- free environment in which they can relax and enjoy their vacation time. We wish to encourage this restful atmosphere and we hope our guests feel the same way.
We are, therefore, discouraging extra overnight guests, large numbers of daytime guests, extra cars, extra boats, and extra animals (just about anything not discussed at registration time). Now that we have 3 summer units available, these issues need addressing. We hope this will benefit ALL our favored guests to the Fish House, Loft, and Bilge.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- 50% deposits are necessary to secure a reservation and balance will be due upon arrival.
- Our accommodations are non-smoking.
- Check in time will be 3 p.m.in the summer.
- Check out is firm at 11 a.m.
- The deposit will be returned if the reserved space is re-rented for the entire time reserved.
Pets Policy
- One pet at a time will be considered.
- $100 pet fee at time of deposit payment will be expected.
- Pet owners are responsible for the care, control, and cleanliness of their pets inside and outside the units.
- Please permit no wet pets in the units.
- Please rinse pets with the garden hoses available and dry them off with your own towels.
- Guests with pets will CHECK OUT at 10 a.m. instead of the usual 11 a.m. departure time.
